Eleven Paris was born in 2003 and taken to fame in 2010/11 with its “moustache”. The T-shirts featured portraits of relevant pop culture stars with moustache tattoos inside the index finger. The moustache was already beginning to be an online trend and you would see a moustache everywhere, it was a very silly trend with no real meaning behind it, but the reach of it was definitely global. And the t-shirts became emblematic of it.

In 2011 the t-shirts were everywhere in Paris. It was the IT item to be worn. Maybe even the first of its kind. Over priced t-shirt with a silly print on it with the only text being “life is a joke”.
